Patexa+ for Business

Patexa+ for Business is an app for service oriented businesses to engage with their Clients/ Patients/ Customers/ Stakeholders/ Beneficiaries as applicable.

If you are running a service oriented business such as healthcare, wellness, fitness, sports, financial services, real-estate, nurseries, academies and similar, you need effective light weight solution to keep your Clients informed, educated and motivated.

You do not need any other IT investment, we take care of it for you. You can share all information with your colleagues, so they can serve your Clients in your absence.

The Clients receive invitation to download Patexa app (personal) automatically. They can share their folder with other family members - for example both parents can share information of their Child.

You can install, register and start using the app in under 20 minutes. There is virtually zero learning curve. It can be used by all your staff members irrespective of their education or technical skills.

This application needs the following permissions:

1) Read-SMS: This is to automatically validate the OTP (one time password) sent to the device to validate the mobile number. The app does not send out any SMS using the mobile device.

2) Read-Write to storage: To store data and other media files in the mobile

3) Audio permissions: To allow the user to record an audio file in order to describe a medical condition

4) Camera permission: To capture a photo of a report, prescription and Xray etc.

5) Read contacts: To pull your list of contacts to enable sharing the medical profile to other family members or doctors.

6) Call permission: This is applicable for Patexa-PLUS app where professional service provider can call the Client/patient based on the number provided.
